FDO_GEOM_API double FdoEnvelopeImpl::GetMinZ (   )  const [virtual]   Gets the minimum Z coordinate value. Returns: Returns the minimum Z ordinate; numeric_limits<double>::quiet_NaN() by default Implements FdoIEnvelope.
