System::Int32 OSGeo::FDO::Connections::Capabilities::ArgumentDefinitionCollection::Add ( ArgumentDefinition *  value  )  Adds a ArgumentDefinition object into the collection. Parameters: value  Input the ArgumentDefinition object to add. Returns: Returns the position into which the new element was inserted.
